1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YTSlicer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

YTSlicer is a web-based tool that allows users to create clips from publicly available YouTube videos. The Service processes only the specific section of a video that a user selects.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right, license, or permission to access, reproduce, and use any content you process through YTSlicer. You agree not to use the Service to process content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights or violates any applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Account and Subscriptions

Free and Pro accounts are subject to the usage limits described on the pricing page. Refunds are available within 7 days of the first subscription payment if you have used no more than 5 Pro clips. Otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. To cancel, email support@ytslicer.com.

6. Content and Data

YTSlicer stores completed clip files for 24 hours to enable re-downloads, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted. YTSlicer does not store source YouTube videos permanently.

7. Non-Affiliation

YTSlicer is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by YouTube, Google, or Alphabet Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

YTSlicer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YTSlicer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
